What is it about?
Foundations lays the groundwork: you learn the basic principles of Pilates — breathing, core, controlled movement — at a calm pace, with time for questions and corrections. The exercises are designed to be gentle on the back and deliberately moderate in intensity. The class is for anyone who is starting from scratch, hasn’t exercised for a long time, prefers to take things more gently or wants to keep moving during pregnancy. No previous experience is needed.
The timetable is open: you book every session individually — with a single class ticket, a 10-class pass or, if you’re new to us, the 3-class intro offer. The passes are valid for both mat classes, so you can switch to the All Levels class at any time later on. Classes are taught in English.
If you have severe or worsening pain, neurological symptoms (numbness, signs of paralysis) or a high-risk pregnancy, please see a doctor first — feel free to talk to us, and we’ll advise you on whether and when training can be a useful addition.
How to book
The booking button takes you to the timetable of our booking partner Eversports, right on our training page. There you choose your session, create a free account the first time and pay for your ticket or pass online — or you can buy your pass at reception and then book your sessions yourself. The Eversports app shows your remaining credit and upcoming sessions at any time.
You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the start; after that, and if you don’t attend, the session is forfeited. If a session is full, join the waiting list — as soon as a place becomes available, everyone on the waiting list is notified via the app.
