Do I need a medical prescription?
In Luxembourg, physiotherapy with CNS reimbursement generally requires a medical prescription. You don’t need a prescription for osteopathy. If in doubt, give us a quick call — we’ll clarify this before your first appointment.
How does CNS reimbursement work?
Prescribed physiotherapy is reimbursed at CNS rates: for common conditions, adults are reimbursed 70%; for children under 18, after surgery on the musculoskeletal system and for recognised serious illnesses, reimbursement is 100%, subject to the relevant CNS conditions. We submit your prescription for validation on your behalf. Osteopathy is not a standard CNS benefit — but many supplementary health insurance policies contribute to the cost. How can I cancel an appointment?
By phone, WhatsApp or email — please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. For later cancellations or missed appointments, we may charge a missed-appointment fee (the CNS does not cover the cost of missed appointments).
Which languages do we speak?
Luxembourgish, German, English, French and Italian — depending on the therapist. When booking, feel free to let us know which language you feel most comfortable in.
Where can I park?
In Schuttrange, you can park directly in front of and next to the building, and in Contern in the parking spaces around the building. In Echternach, use the Campus Gare car park — the first 30 minutes are free, then €0.50 per hour.
