Who is it for?

The most common reason to come to us

Pain and restricted mobility are the most common reasons people visit us — from back pain that has just started to a restriction that has been there for months. The possible contributing factors are just as varied as the symptoms themselves. That’s why every treatment with us begins with a thorough assessment: where are you now, what makes the symptoms worse, what makes them better — and what needs to be checked by a doctor first?

How we work

Depending on the findings, we combine physiotherapy and osteopathy: manual techniques, targeted active exercises and a gradual build-up of load — with the aim of stabilising progress in everyday life, so that you become independent in the long term.

If you have severe or worsening pain, numbness, signs of paralysis or unexplained symptoms, please see a doctor first — we’ll discuss this with you openly. If paralysis, speech or vision problems appear suddenly, call 112 immediately.

Reimbursement: Eligible for CNS reimbursement as part of physiotherapy on medical prescription; osteopathic treatment as a self-pay service — see the reimbursement page. All details & insurer links →
