What is osteopathy?
Osteopathy views the body as an interconnected system. Restrictions in movement and areas of tension are identified and treated by hand — with the aim of supporting the body’s self-regulation.
When can osteopathy be worthwhile?
Especially for complex or recurring symptoms where previous treatments have brought little improvement: persistent back and neck pain, headaches, jaw problems, functional complaints without a clear diagnosis.
Our standard: honest and evidence-informed
Osteopathy is not a miracle cure, and we make no promises of healing. What we do promise: a thorough analysis, a transparent assessment — even if osteopathy is not the right tool for your concern — and a combination with physiotherapy and active therapy where it makes sense.
The limits of osteopathy
Certain conditions and warning signs — such as severe or worsening pain, numbness, signs of paralysis, fever or unexplained weight loss — need to be assessed by a doctor; in an emergency, please call 112 immediately. We recognise these limits and address them openly — working with medicine, not competing against it.
Appointments & fees
A full hour is always reserved for your osteopathy appointment — we take the time your concern needs, usually between 30 minutes and an hour. The price depends on the length and complexity of the treatment:
| Treatment | Duration | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Osteopathy Short | 30 minutes | €79 |
| Osteopathy Standard | 45 minutes | €110 |
| Complex osteopathy | 1 hour | €142 |
Our aim is to improve your symptoms in the long term — not to see you again at short intervals. If follow-up sessions are needed, they usually take place around 6 weeks apart. Osteopathy is a self-pay service (not reimbursed by the CNS); many supplementary health insurance policies contribute (see reimbursement).
Reimbursement: Osteopathy is currently not routinely reimbursed by the CNS; many supplementary health insurance policies contribute — ask your insurer. All details & insurer links →
