My approach
For me, good treatment begins with a thorough analysis and the question of why a complaint persists despite previous therapy. In the osteopathic examination, I therefore look not only at muscles, joints and the musculoskeletal system, but also at deeper connections with the organs, fascia and, in particular, the nervous system. The aim is to better understand possible interactions and compensations throughout the body and to derive an individual treatment plan from this.
Especially with chronic and complex complaints, it is important to me not to give up too quickly or merely treat individual symptoms. I combine manual treatment, clear explanations and active measures so that patients understand their bodies better and, in the long term, regain more resilience and confidence in everyday life.
