My approach
For me, good therapy comes from combining scientific evidence, practical experience and the individual needs of my patients. I combine targeted manual techniques and dry needling with active exercises, with the aim of not just easing complaints in the short term but improving resilience in the long term. It is important to me to explain how things are connected in a way that is easy to understand and to set realistic therapy goals together.
Through my own many years of experience in figure skating, strength training and other sports, I know how important movement, body awareness and appropriate load progression are. My goal is to help people regain confidence in their bodies and stay active as independently as possible.
