What is kinesiology taping?
Kinesiology taping uses elastic cotton tapes applied to the skin — with the aim of relieving or activating muscles, supporting joints and stimulating body awareness. Many people find the tape provides noticeable support; the scientific evidence for specific effects is limited. The tape does not restrict your mobility.
As an add-on to physiotherapy
We offer kinesiology taping as an add-on to your ongoing physiotherapy treatment, where it makes therapeutic sense. It is a self-pay service and costs €6 per application. It is applied by therapists with the relevant further training at our Schuttrange location.
