From the first pain to your return
Sports-related problems have their own rhythm: it’s not just about the pain easing off — it’s about you coming back able to handle the load. That’s why here, too, everything starts with a thorough assessment: what is injured or overloaded, what contributed to it, and what needs to be checked by a doctor first?
How we work
At the core is sports physiotherapy: treatment, a targeted build-up of load and return-to-sport criteria rather than gut feeling. Dry needling or kinesiology taping may be used as a complement, and our coaching & training options can support prevention and performance. For persistent, recurring symptoms, an osteopathic approach can reveal complementary starting points.
For acute injuries with severe swelling, instability or a suspected fracture, please see a doctor first.
Reimbursement: Physiotherapy on medical prescription is eligible for CNS reimbursement; dry needling and kinesiology taping are self-pay services — see the reimbursement page. All details & insurer links →
